Al Safa Park Dubai

Its nice to know that there are at least some green parks around. However its sad that one has to pay money to access those.

Accident

It is still a miracle to me how some of the accidents out there can possibly happen. In my opinion it simply comes down to poor discipline or bad maintenance. There is no other explanation otherwise for this to happen on a straight road with a limit of 120 kph.

Another sad aspect to that is that something like this seems to be a major attraction and families with kids are actually stopping to view the scene.

Bose QC3

I guess there are only a few brands out there which either have lovers or haters but nothing in between and I believe Bose is one of them. Some say they are just the worst and some say they are best.

I did have some 301's back home and together with all the marketing Bose is doing and some resulting positive psychology maybe I have to admit that I really liked them.

I was looking for some nice noise cancellation headphones for my travels and after checking out some reviews and brands I again bought another Bose product.

I have to admit that I am impressed about the passive and active noise cancellation capabilities of the QC3. I would absolutely recommend them for frequent travellers. I had a chap with me during my last trip who tried them on and who was equally impressed about them.

Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur - KLIA

The Malaysian Airlines Golden Class Lounge is one of the best Lounges I ever saw. They do not only have several bars and buffets but they also have a putting room and a very nice view on the air field.

Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur - Way back to the Airport

Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur - Thean Hou Temple

Impressive Chinese Temple which was as well set of a Jackie Chan movie.

Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur

Shopping malls in Malaysia are impressive. Not only do they have a full theme park inside they also do have 9 levels which is far more than in the UAE or anywhere else for that matter. (except for China maybe). The food is amazing and if you are lucky to find a good and traditional place away from most tourist destinations you will be surprised.

Despite all local flavors be assured that there is plenty of common food available as well :)
