Currently there is lots of construction around it so its not really worth going there. The round building is supposed to be the new Aldar HQ.

Ibis Dubai
I didnt bother to take from pics from the rooms since they are smaller than you can imagine. Its a tricky game though to get into the shower... Let me know if you figured out the trick as well.
